Tong?
Tong?
You mean a bunch of pitchers who aren't in the majors because they have weak control and weak stamina give up lots of walks?! I think you are a LIAR, sir.
Dry is right. Aybar will never reach what Betemit can. It's hard to have a higher ceiling that a guy that was once considered the top prospect in baseball. Especially when the guy doesn't even make BA's top 100 prospects.
Quoting from www.mlbtraderumors.com "Aybar is a poor-man's Betemit"
Quoting from mlbtraderumors.com discredits your entire argument.
Betemit was never considered the top prospect in baseball.
Ok, he was arguably the top prospect. Ranked #8 in 2002 by BA.Quote:

"doucheface" ...*chuckle*
Interesting stuff from Braves.com supporting McKain:
Quote:
When Friday night's deal was announced, it looked like Baez was the centerpiece of the deal. But it's become apparent that the Braves really wanted Aybar and were just happy to have the veteran right-handed reliever included in the deal.
Quote:
With Aybar, the Braves have somebody capable of being their starting second baseman and leadoff hitter next year. He produced a .448 on-base percentage in 26 games with the Dodgers last year. In the first 69 games (214 at-bats) of his big-league career, he has drawn 36 walks and struck out just 28 times.
And Bubba Crosby started off great for the Dodgers too...
But I thought Crosby was God, so what's the problem here?
God of Suck
Dry was right. Aybar never touched Betemit. However, he did touch the "white lady".
This is 2 years old. Lets keep the past in the past.
