    Braves Reds @ Braves

    (44-40) vs. (37-48)

    7/6 Game 1: Joe Mays (0-5, 8.21 ERA) vs. Tim Hudson (6-8, 4.57 ERA)
    7/7 Game 2: Eric Milton (4-4, 5.09 ERA) vs. Horacio Ramirez (4-2, 3.47 ERA)
    7/8 Game 3: Aaron Harang (9-5, 3.65 ERA) vs. John Smoltz (5-5, 3.77 ERA)
    7/9 Game 4: Bronson Arroyo (9-5, 2.79 ERA) vs. John Thomson (2-7, 5.05 ERA)

The first 3 games should be good games. I am not looking forward to game 4 with Thomson on the mound.

I predict either a series split or the Braves taking 3 of 4. Hudson should beat Joe Gays. Ramirez should beat Milton. Harang vs. Smoltz is a toss-up really. Arroyo should defeat Thomson.

The Braves win yet another series 3 games to 1. They are playing really well going into the All-Star break. They might be able to turn the season round.

Decent series for the Braves.... if they can keep this up, it might turn into a decent 2nd half of the year.

It looks like they are getting their act together and hopefully it's not too late.
