    D'Backs Duke Out 6-8 Weeks

Diamondbacks general manager Kevin Towers said Zach Duke will likely miss 6-8 weeks with a broken left hand.
On Saturday, Duke was struck on the left hand by a line drive. He broke two bones in his pitching hand and won't throw for four weeks. Without Duke, there are two rotation spots to fight for between Armando Galarraga, Barry Enright and Aaron Heilman. Duke was acquired from the Pirates in November after going 8-15 with a 5.72 ERA and 1.65 WHIP over 29 starts last season.
Probably a blessing in disguise for the Dbacks. I think we all know by now I think Duke is a bust and playing in the BOB surely wasn't going to help matters. I saw Enright winning a spot all along and now its up to Galarraga and Heilman to fight for the last spot.

Duke goes 7 innings of shut out ball and hits a home run to pick up his first win of the season in his first start.

Duke gives up 7 ER after being spotted a 9-0 lead but hey, he did hit a HR.
