Wow, when did Maddux's fastball drop to 83? Counsell stole so far on a pitchout on a shit throw from Barrett. I'm not digging this small ball play.

Good game, Nice win for the diamondbacks.

Good Things:
-I thought Brandon Lyon pitched excellent. He has some amazing stuff.
-Ortiz Pitched better then I thought he would, the umpire had a tight zone, he should have had about 2 more K's
-Gonzo, of course, going yard twice and walking.
-Counsell came up with 3 base knocks and stealing one.
-Koplove looked decent after a horrid spring training.

The Bad
-Troy Glaus, 0-4 Night with 3 ground outs.

maddux has been throwing from 83-86mph for two years now. and he didnt pitch that badly of a game either with the exception of the pitches to ortiz and Gonzalez.
