    Phillies Possible trade bait?

Highly touted minor leaguer Matt Rizzotti could be major league material, but it might not be in Philadelphia.
The 25-year-old first baseman jumped from Single-A to Triple-A least season, compiling an impressive .343/.430/.555 batting line with 17 homers. However, he won't supplant Ryan Howard at first base any time soon, and he's not planning on changing positions. It's worth keeping tabs on Rizzotti in 2011; if the Phillies decide mid-season that they need one more impact player for a championship run, exchanging Rizzotti could be a great deal for both sides.
The Phillies still have some holes believe it or not. You probably wouldn't have guessed that since everyone is calling the Phillies offseason winners despite only signing one player. Granted, that one player was a great one but they still have holes on their bench and bullpen. This guy packaged with Blanton could get a damn good piece for the Phillies but even without Blanton involved it should net them a quality piece.

Ha, remember when Thome was at 1st for the Phillies and people talked about the Howard dilemma, as he was too old to keep sitting in the minors any longer, and there were some who thought he would be dealt? Obviously this situation is different, but imagine how different this team would have been if they traded Howard to fill a different need.
