    American League Who would you rather have to win, in a Game 7?

    This isn't like any other Game 7. It's the Evil Empire vs. the Evil Nation, game 7, for everything in the world. Unfortunately CC Sabathia, Josh Beckett, and Jon Lester were locked in a vault that was dropped in a deep sea. So these two teams are left with...

    John Lackey (6.30 ERA, 1.59 WHIP, roughly 15,000 Lackey faces thrown at his teammates)
    vs.
    AJ Burnett (5.27 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, roughly 900,000 weird exchanges as he comes to the dug out after being pulled)


    And unfortunately, the game couldn't be played in New York or Boston, so they moved it to Colorado. Mmmm, thin air baby. To make matters worse, the Ump crew consists of the FOUR stingiest and tightest in the game.

    In short, Joe West's crew. Well, actually, Joe West himself doesn't have a tight strike zone. But he makes up for it with ejections, so we won't leave him out.

    awesome... with the yankees bullpen, im not sure whats worse. trying to get 6 innings out of burnett, or 6 innings out of the wade/logan/ayala 3 headed monster.
