That was a tough loss but it's one I can certainly live w/. I want mariano in that situation as much as possible. Boston beat our best so they deserve the win but I'll take that situation any day.

Oh my. Varitek of all people with the grand slam. This is shaping up to potentially be another big comeback if the Yankees can't hold this.
Game tied! Are you kidding me! Last time the Yankees lost a 6-0 lead to the Red Sox and lost the game was May 16, 1968 according to FOX.
This was supposed to be a pitcher's duel.
The day started out great, the Jets fleece Cleveland in the draft and the Yanks are up 6-0. it fell apart from there for the Yanks. Brutal game.
