Braves Minor Leaguers: Major League Ready? Prospect Julio Teheran

The Braves are in an enviable position having arguably 7 major league starting pitchers, with two of those, lefty Mike Minor, and righty Julio Teheran pitching at AAA Gwinnett right now. Minor has made several starts dating back to last year, with mixed results. He looked nervous in a shaky start against Milwaukee this year. Julio Teheran has yet to make his MLB debut, but he throws HEAT, has good breaking stuff, but has had issues tipping his change. Even so, he could pitch out of the pen in the bigs right now, if he irons out his change-up, he will be a solid Major League starter.

If the Braves are out of the race in July, I could see them making a couple of moves with starters -- they could move Hudson and Lowe for a few players each. The way the Braves play, I don't expect them to be out of it, however.
Quite an enviable position to be in, though.

I can see them moving Jurrjens close to the deadline to get some pieces, mainly a CFer worth a damn.

I could definitely see them moving Jurrjens, especially considering his history of being injured.

McLouth seems to be playing pretty well since being moved to the 8 spot in the order. It would be nice to see somebody who could steal some bases!
